LARP.CO — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders
A pre-order reserves an item for future dispatch. Please check the product page and our Shipping Policy for the estimated dispatch time.

Cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch by emailing 1officiallarp@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number to help us identify your order.

If you cancel your entire order before dispatch, we will refund all payments received, including delivery charges, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. No cancellation fee applies.

Cancellation after dispatch
Dispatch does not remove your statutory cancellation rights. For our standard, non-personalised products, you may notify us of cancellation up to 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please see our Refund Policy for return instructions and refund details.

If we cannot fulfil your pre-order
We will contact you and refund any payments received for the cancelled items, including any applicable delivery charges.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
